2011 Skin, Health & Beauty Christmas Card: Christmas Lights at Opryland
IÂ went to Opryland Hotel on December 19 to celebrate my birthday with Skin, Health & Beauty blog designer Lauree Leyland. While there I snapped some videos to make my 2011 Christmas e-card for my fabulous Skin, Health & Beauty readers.
Opryland Hotel is beautiful this time of year, and Lauree and I did lots of healthy walking after a fairly healthy dinner of salad, vegetables, chicken and fish at Shoneys. You CAN eat healthy, even during the holidays, and make time for walking and exercise. Take advantage of this festive season to take several walks downtown or around your neighborhood to enjoy the holiday decorations.
